I'm Erinn Lauchner! I was born and raised in Arizona where the sun shines bright and my roots run deep. I've been a licensed realtor for five years now, with the last year spent enriching my career at Real Broker. I currently live in Phoenix with my husband, Tyler, and our two beautiful children, Jack and Logan. Our evenings and free time are often spent at the track, cheering on Jack as he passionately races his go-kart, a family activity that brings us immense joy and a sense of togetherness.

Before embarking on my real estate path, I worked as an elementary school teacher. This experience instilled in me a natural knack for organization, attention to detail, and the patience to navigate through complex situations – skills that have proven invaluable in the real estate world.
